May be the most heavily amped Corp in DCI. 5 shotgun mics 4 speaker towers. With all that, great brass sound!!!

The back field conductor for PC was jamming!!!

I saw their first performance in Evansville and thought it was too muddy and hurried. But they just dropped the mic here today.

This should be what all dci newbies should watch when they ask what dci is today. Awesome show!!

Probably like most corps, Genesis is battling a number of injuries.

I know this year is also an abnormality because of the flooding and schools being used as emergency centers.

It doesn't matter how cheap the site is if there are no corps to perform because there is no place to stay...and the corps that need the finances for a boost to grow are the ones without a place to say it seems....

It seems every year Genesis gets some kind of score correction. St. Louis show involved a whole new middle section to the show. Let’s see what happens after San Antonio.

Same report here. Mine still likes what they originally did. I do hope the changes get recognized. It helps when MM's are still excited in mid-July!

Judges seem to be liking the changes The Fenix is making.

If its a true educational experience being put on the field, I see no problem with a student learning to run sound and what it takes to adjust for different settings.

I think the Genesis staff took a risk (read attempt/chance) to push forward with some new relationships and some of those relationships did not pan out. What our students are learning is change is tough, it takes time to build, and sometimes you have to go back a few steps to move forward a mile. If people keep cheering and responding like they have the 5 shows I watched in person the last 2 weeks, Genesis is going to be great!!

At one point in their show, they play goal line to goal line.

Genesis at Rhinelander at 11 am with a stand and play afterward. Then Lake Tomahawk at 2:30.

I know their first post after the season at the dci garage sale...multiple tool drawer chests. Stores rifles, roughly handled tape measures, and 100 used tool belts. Children’s broadcasting company preferred. Btw...I liked their show. They are having fun and the colors make the field look full.
