There has to be something they can do. Regardless of their confidence or lack there of, I know plenty of high schools who have about the same difficulty of work and don't have the confidence but perform without dropping. There's something they can do, dont know what, but hopefully they can figure it out soon. Part of it may be the uniforms, but the uniforms aren't going to cause that big of a drop.

And it's been like that all season. So...

Based on the recap last night the only caption they have a chance on beating Crown in is guard.

I rather like how they integrate them with the corps instead of them sticking out in the background. Also, if I understand the scoring procedure correctly, their achievement scores are also putting them in 6th place, so clearly their performances are equal to the staging in hindering them. If they could get those achievement scores up they might move up a spot or 2 in the rankings and boost the corps as a whole further up.

Benefit of the doubt was last month for me. This month there is absolutely no excuse. I know he's doing his job because he was getting on them at the rehearsal I attended. This guard is gonna hold a corps back that could otherwise be a potential gold medalist.

Yeah, because being 2nd and 3rd in GE has to do with the talent and membership. To each their own I guess, but just because the show doesn't work for you personally doesn't mean it doesn't work period. Blue Devils never works for me but it does work.

This show is anything but formal, and it's meant to be that way. Just saying...

I disagree. They're right there with SCV and BD in the other captions. If they could figure out how to get that guard to get it together, they could catch up. That guard is the only thing keeping them from moving up. Never thought I'd say those words.

I firmly believe that this guard is what's keeping them on 3rd place island. I honestly don't understand why there are so many drops. Are they being careless on the field? Unknown the staff has been grilling them, and the work that they have isn't anywhere near the difficulty as say last year or 2015. I'm honestly at a lost for words for this guard this year. Regardless of a rebuilding year or not, there shouldn't be this many drops by a 3rd place corps.

You're in the minority now. The deconstruction theme is there. You have to want to see it. Otherwise it just comes across as another crazy design. It's there. I see it. My mother who has no musical background could see it. My friend that I took to DCI NKY who has no prior knowledge of drum corps could see it. Even a friend of mine who despises Crown thinks the theme is genius and is in "like" more and more with each time he sees the show. I think the people who don't see it don't want to see it honestly.

Because it's about moving forward in drum corps without forgetting the past. Hence the "I know you" scream. The big question is, what are they gonna do about this guard...?

They have worked on blending her better in with the corps while still featuring her and not losing her in the corps like a few others. Idk. Maybe I am in the minority that thinks its great how they implement her into the show. If a singer is added to a show I'd like to be able to hear and understand what she's saying.

Question. Why is the American Idol comments not geared towards Boston as well? Or any other corps who has a singer? Why is it just Crown? Hate much?
