  1. Marginally related: Pioneer Indoor from Romeoville, Illinois is no more. The new indoor group is Pi Percussion.
  2. Gee, I must really be on someone’s #### list. lol
  3. We didn’t get one and we did buy tickets. @Jurassic Lancer didn’t get it either.
  4. That’s where the former board president came from. Answered an ad in Drum Corps World.
  5. It sounds almost as dopey as this: "He was convicted of taking pictures of people, nude or something," Blenski said. "And the end result is we had to ask him to leave. It's not exactly what I wanted to do but society as it is today, I had no choice."😳
  6. “Again, I apologize to the Lake Erie Regiment Corps on behalf of the Pioneer for the embarrassing and ungrateful gossip posting of one of our members. Mr. Ray Luniewski is one of those people who never hesitates to be of help if either he or his unit can. We stand ready to return any favor if asked of us.” Victim blaming.
  7. So junior corps becomes “senior” corps (can’t call it all-age). All-age Corps becomes junior corps. Sort of. Open class is declared DOA. What a great idea. Not really. We live in strange times. What do you call 600 lawyers at the bottom of the ocean? A good start.
  8. That was great, Zach. Why did you take it down?
  9. I’ve been thinking on this for awhile... I think it’s ridiculous that a “youth activity” wants to exclude youth. Did they even read that question?
  10. This is what courage looks like, folks. You’re my hero, Zach. I wish you the best. Much respect and (((hugs))).
  11. I’m going with New Glarus Spotted Cow when I’m north of the cheddar curtain. 😀
  12. No, he actually is. Just wanted to get the points straight. 😊
  13. Now you’re blackballed from surveys. Whatever will we do? 😂
  14. Our friend gets our Indy tickets but we purchased the St. Louis regional tickets. Guess you, me, and @Jurassic Lancer didn’t make the cut. 😀
  15. I agree with you. I’m thinking he’s more of an advisor and director than actual designer. He’s a very nice man with a sparkling personality. I think he’ll be a great mentor and will bring people together, rather than the divisiveness we’ve seen in the last few years. I’m going to give him a chance and hope he helps the Scouts In having a terrific 2019. I’m a glass half full kind of gal.
  16. We didn’t get one. Maybe they wouldn’t have liked our answers.
  17. One thing we do know....we’re going to have a new Open class champion in 2019.
