subject of this thread - A&E - I thought it was about Arts and Entertainment - I wonder if the A&E channel would be interested in broadcasting drum corps? Could a drum corps show sell advertising?

I just can't believe the staff isn't aware of this problem - it could be so much better if that screamer were coming through --- I thought Bluecoats had best sound design? Paging Erik Kosman....

Looking back on the Devils show this year, I'm struggling to remember anything memorable.... Metamorph.... guard members in cocoons.... rampy stairs things.... trombone glissandos.... fantastic trumpet fanfare..... other than that I got nothin...... I think Bluecoats show was very innovative - they took a stage, put it down the 50, had MMs running up and down, under and around it -- played Zappa successfully, burned like 1988 Madison -- crowd favorite - WINNER -

Hoy Michael - Why can't there be both the theater experience and the online Flo stream for the full prelims show? it does not make sense that the Flo need to cut away to go to our friends at the Theater -- what about people who don't have a theater showing near them? I just don't understand why the Flo can't keep going and the theater can go -- This is disappointing - it seems like a money grab -- get your customers to sign up for Flo.... oh, and btw -- "you're going to have to toddle down to the theater on Thursday night if you want to see the top 12..."

I thinks some shots of the equipment would be interesting - possibly go through some kitchen trucks, go through some equipment trucks - tip toe through a gym and show the forms of sleeping MMs -- have staff talk about the show that day and the tour -- I like your idea about having the tv talent strap on some equipment and see what it's like -- but yeah - they want people in full costume performing --- maybe ask them to comeback at night and get some shots from the show? Way to go -- getting some media exposure!
