I see I wasn't alone in the response received....hard to accept.....I could have accepted this .....We apologize for screwing the pooch...it is our bad....we will not allow this to happen in the future...that would have been accepting full responsibility and I wouldn't have felt like I got blown off......especially since I was not asking to be compensated....and as I said before...they could have gotten ...out front rather than the same old disrespect to the customer/fan......sorry to be on a semi rant....but...man they starting to lose me as a fan and that kinda trips my trigger!

I sent a reply to their 1st reply...came back with blame that addressed the tech malfunctions....no reply in regard to the production that appeared to be manned by middle school children who had never seen a Drum Corps show....basically a corporate type reply from them.....do they understand the FANS at all.....frustrated and my loyalty is sinking fast.

Just received a reply from FN.....an apology and stating they had reached a conclusion with their provider....whatever that means..and no explanation of what their conclusion is..assured me there would be no further screw ups this season.....feeling a bit like I got sent to my room without supper. Not very comforting....we deserve better ..in service and response. And why does DCI never seem to get...Out front when they got a malfunction? Pretty arrogant IMO.......

I have been a subscriber since day one ...never missed a webcast....while there have been some....growing pains.....last night was the absolute worst....I have sent FN an email....no reply as yet...very disappointed in what we were fed last night.....after rolling out a finals option...we got that mess....not a good omen???? And typically DCI didn't manage to...get out in front.....come on dudes....after 50 years of Drum Corps activity....ur starting to lose me....

Hmmmm....still got drums....horns and they march like i can barely believe....i ain't goin anywhere!!!

I didn't read all the posts here---but----as an ---older fan---i can go back to the 60's---and as one that is as invested in the activity as i was back then-----i gave up on --scores a long many years ago---i truly don't care who wins-----i know which shows i like---which i don't care much for----and----i know the ones i think are to become--to me-- classic---so-----maybe a different view of the activity might help-----so what if B.D. won by over 2 pts-----they don't have what i consider the best program right now------although that might change as we get further into the season----so---right now---i --for one --am just enjoying the season---and the continued joy that Drum Corps brings to me --each and every season.

I was there for it all ---from the beginning of DCI until now--------while i never have agreed with all that has taken place------i have enjoyed every minute and love this activity and am thankful that we are still ---taking the field for competition!!!!

As i read this i am led to wonder----what is the current mission statement?

Worth note---- back in mid to late 60s the Owego New York area-----within 5 miles that is-----small and rural area ---had 5 corps-----Mello-Dears----Apalachin Grenadiers------Mello Debs----Grenadier Cadets and DCA corps----the Vagabonds-------3 competitive corps and 2 feeder corps---all with enough marching members to be impressive. Have often wondered if ---back in that time----those corps had merged what might have been-------wow!!!!!
