I'm just curious, does anyone know the age of the minor that was approached. Sorry for being late to this discussion, but without having to read all 27 pages of comments, was the kid approached or attacked? There is a huge difference.

I guess they are scrubbing the internet of recordings until they feel comfortable with it being recorded. That's understandable but it would be nice to watch them improve for those who aren't fortunate to attend their shows.

Is there a video of one of their later shows? It would be nice to see an improved show.

Maybe one day when drum corps has completely become theater and drill has totally disappeared a corps will show up with a show comprised of only drill again and it will be considered a radical idea.

not trying to argue. simply stated my point. Here is an idea for those of you who want judges on the field. Put two teams on the field. One on the sideline and one on the field. Half way through a performance the two teams switch places. They won't know how their scores will be used. I suspect one might be surprised at how similar the scores would be.

hopefully they would ban them.

Comparing this year to any year since 2010, IMO and I know most fans disagree, is futile. Maybe they should stay home for a week, bring in a couple people and fix the show the best they can.

Remember the days a few years ago when the BDs were preforming shows that so many were screaming about being unwatchable or unlistenable and how they were not playing to the fans. And these days BDs seem to be doing just that and corps like Cavaliers and SCV are more like what BDs used to be.

i wonder when the graphics will appear on the props.. They will help tremendously.

I absolutely hate all the mic'ing. And I don't understand what the purpose of mic'ing the whole corps is. I was listening to a couple of older shows, one in particular Into the Light, and the subtle tonal nuiances were so beautiful. They would have been ruined by mics.
