As long as their current staff is in place they are the ones to beat. They are a corp that has no staff or creative issues.

I call it BD fatigue and I get it. But these kids are working just as hard as any corp kids are and they are real good performers. Lots of them go on to teach themselves. As with any fans sports ect you a few who “hate”. I use that word because it’s true. B D knows they’re not right now fan favorite for the fact they win all the time. Is it their fault they’re so good?

That use to be the case but lack of wc corps and just “why not”. These corps spend tons of money so let them perform another day and for some the last time. I see nothing wrong with it.

BD and other corps are already advertising auditions for 2024. Even have camp dates for those. I see nothing SCV is doing for 2024 other than to say.....um....we're kinda here?

If 4 corps are in the 95ish scoring range going into finals week... that would be awesome. BD is still the front runner but anything can happen down the stretch run.

The last time a rain out happened since 2010 was 2018 for one night. So yes that qualify a change a venue because that is just unacceptable.

Soooo you want the Eastern Classic to move west? Not the Truman Show where it only rains on Truman. If it rains in Allentown chances it's also raining in the eastern region.

I think scoring records are overrated. It's all relative. Scoring systems have changed for the decades so comparing this and that over 50 plus years.... while maybe fun....just not real.

I agree. It might have legs if the question is like what defines a world class corp like Surf compared to open class corp like Gold ect. But to specifically call Surf out in the manner it came across it read as least for me insulting to them.

I wish this was on Flo but ONLY 5 corps competing. And finally some nice cooler weather for a show.

Exposure...everything in BD's show this year is exposed. Meaning all phases pop out like no other.

Corps have been at that level...Cadets, Cavaliers and SCV. Unfortunately they are no longer for whatever reason.
