  1. So, I march tenors for high school and I am a freshman.  We are in parade season now and I just can't handle the weight of the tenors for more than 20 minutes.  I even wear a back brace and that doesn't help.  I also stretch before I put them on.  Is there anything else I can do so I don't have to put the tenors up during the parade?
