  1. Guess I missed my opportunity for a maroon t-shirt; all that's left is the small size which I guess would work if I was cut like "The Rock". But I'm not & it wouldn't be a pretty sight. I guess there aren't that many small folks. Everybody be big... 😁
  2. In my college days, I was stopped for speeding by a GA State Trooper in the ATL area on I-20. I ask him about all of the other folks passing me. He asked me "when you go fishing, do you catch every fish?" TouchΓ©... But he was impressed that my little 4 cylinder could cruise at 88 mph. That was an expensive ticket for a college student. πŸš™πŸ˜
  3. I follow him to watch the Shakespearean tragedy. It's kind of like watching NASCAR at the Daytona or Talladega tracks. (You know it's coming.) You can also identify the members of the cult. πŸ˜‘πŸ˜¬πŸ˜„
  4. Awesome; I used to go to the premiere every year & watch Crown rehearse in June. I went to Muncie year before last to watch them rehearse & attend the show but didn't make it last year. I've got my tickets for this year & I'm planning a repeat trip. (Love Crown & love watching their hornline rehearse.) I'll probably wear my Cadets hoodie to finals. That AC works pretty well in Lucas Oil. (Not complaining about the AC; I like it set to about 65 degrees.) πŸ₯ΆπŸ˜„ Godspeed to you & your family this summer!
  5. Copy; found some info online that it was basically a cult. 😬
  6. "LifeSpring"; is that kind of like "Amway"? (googles "LifeSpring") πŸ˜‘πŸ˜„
  7. As the cold front has moved through the South, I'm wearing my old maroon Cadets hoodie today. β™₯️
  8. Now I have the "Scarface" scene for an ear worm. πŸ˜„ (was going to post the scene but would probably break some kind of rule)
  9. I'm really going to miss the Jay Bocook arrangements... πŸ˜₯β™₯️
  10. There's so many. But last years source material from Hans Zimmer & especially "Immortal" from Paul Lovatt Cooper... πŸ˜₯β™₯️
  11. He was actually named in the lawsuit, (statement #35 I think), of having knowledge of the incident & took no action. I think he may have been the assistant director at the time. I posted about the statement last year under the lawsuit topic but dcp will not let me search.
  12. GH getting some 'shout outs' on the social media comments. Glad some folks still realize his contributions to this situation. 😑
  13. Boom; more sad news: https://cadets.org/cadets-arts-entertainment-cae-files-bankruptcy?fbclid=IwAR33r0xRhTDA_5EROgs90shWUrg1MVYp7dNW0cVZIHXCsBoRciuVbqGWIx8_aem_AbkhUWKHOB8gGIXfdRY0oXzhYGoBj-nNma8b5asbg-WGpCIDmN1FSabjtJOQNh99P1YkwI6LxvFqnU5oSd9Vaq_i
  14. πŸ‘€πŸ˜‚ I love this guy ⬆️
  15. SCV 2024! In the words of George Costanza, "onward & upward"! πŸ‘€
  16. Red uniforms actually look good on the field. πŸ˜βœ…
  17. That could be my next adventure. Mine are starting to make some interesting noises. πŸ˜‚
  18. Oh wow! I imagine the rehab can be brutal. Hang in there - Godspeed!
  19. It's ok; they've got you covered. Most groups now travel with a Level 1 mobile trauma unit. Hip replacement? Not a problem... πŸ˜‚
  20. No worries; we've got AT&T to hand out our personal info. πŸ˜‘πŸ˜†
  21. I have to sit down there to cover up the ringing in my ears from years of drumming without protection. πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈπŸ˜
  22. Thanks; I'll check it out. We have watched a great documentary on PBS that was really informative with maps, etc showing where the Marines landed on the East Coast under the protection of the Army. It's probably still available on demand? But back on topic; I'm ready for PR's 2024 announcement!
  23. My father-in-law was in the Army Infantry that were sent in to protect the Marines in the Battle of Chosin Reservoir where the temperatures got as low as 36 degrees below zero. About a year before his passing, we were able to get him talking about it by printing info & pictures from the internet. The main thing I remember him telling us is that you had to keep your socks & boots dry. The survivors were called the "Frozen Chosen". Incredible stories. I guess relating to topic, maybe PR could perform some music from wars of this century? πŸ€”
  24. Not sure about Alchemist, but I'm down with Christopher Tin...πŸ˜‚
  25. Not a standstill, but dropped on the FB. I needed this today. (Best audio with great headphones or buds.) Complete with score from Casella:
