Beautifully done and with the props at finals it was an amazing moment!

Having marched with Phantom Regiment in 1985, early on learning the drill there was a lot of "get from here to there in xx counts" which made things sloppy at first but over time were worked out. And over the course of the season, everything did become muscle memory.

If you can't fair scores from 'em, hire 'em.

Love me some Rocky Point Holiday and West Side Story was one of the best shows I have ever seen.

As I read the EV semi can only go around 250 miles without a recharge and that recharge takes around 1.5 hours. Not to mention the lack of infrastructure available to recharge at this time. It will certainly limit the touring capability of a corps. And the initial cost will be quite expensive.

Watched the DCI broadcast in 80, 81, and 82 Attended finals in 83, 84 Marched in 85 and 86 attended finals in 88, 89, 91, 00, 23 And my favorite that I attended was 89. Great year for Regiment and SCV.

As I marched this show I would love to see it revisited. And yes, it was a killer show.

As the Regiment has been making great strides the last 2 years with music and show design, where do they go next? Thoughts?

For several years the Regiment has been lagging behind in the Percussion sub caption. They have to find a way to improve this in the upcoming years. Visually I thought they are doing great! A marked improvement over the last several years. Love this show no matter where they finish and believe the future is bright for them.

Leave it all out on the field every night Regiment! We are all loving this show and cheering you on!

Regiment was on last night in Denton. Loving the strides they are making this year. Don't think they are as far behind the other 3 corps as the scores say. And that horn line is amazing!

Thanks! The Buick line all made a pact to grow facial hair that summer to look older. We thought we looked too young without any.

I believe Phantom Regiment will again top Cavaliers. Greatest hits shows are a great for fans but don't always sell with the judges. And the Regiment is on an definite upswing. Time will tell.

And in Horicon, Wisconsin.

Same dream but for Phantom Regiment. It is more rare now than it was for at least the first 15 years after I aged out.

I agree. An excellent choice and I can hear them playing it now. I also like For I Have Fought the Good Fight by Melillo. They used his music last year and it was a nice Regiment sound.

Forget a warm-up. Find a way to work this music into a show. 🙂
