We were told no penalty. There was a motor vehicle accident on I-20 E and caused a significant delay for Jersey Surf, not sure if other corps too. DCI knew about it and workedwith them. Their housing site was 45min away but last I heard they were stuck on it for 90min and still had 24 mi to go. That was at 1pm, they arrived at 215p.
