I loved the fan network, I remember in a 2010 kalamazoo performance, my 3rd valve slide shot out as I snapped my horn, I can be seen picking it up on my way to my next set. It was hilarious to see that on camera. Why copyright licensing has become so huge, its dumb.

There is no professional marching band. For inclusivity's sake, I'm ok with woodwinds joining the activity, because many precious kids out there have had to learn a new instrument. I recall marching with a '10 drum and bugle corps bassoonist who learned mello to join. Poor gal had to go through crap.
