This topic has the Mandarins written all over it... I'm expecting some exciting stuff from them in the coming years.

Indeed... We would kind of chuckle at the attempts these past two years. But in his defense, it's a tough name and we'd struggle with it too if we hadn't known the family.

Great season and a great finish. Congrats to all the performers, staff, and parents. I was daring to hope for a top six finish, so happy it happened for them... see y'all next year.

I feel like that was their best run, saving the best for last. Super proud of them. Now it's in the hands of the judges, everybody is bringing their "A" Game tonight.

I love what everybody is doing and "applaud" the effort put forth by all. With that being said, I don't believe in a competition that everybody deserves the same accolades... but I'm kind of old (school) like that. A standing ovation should be reserved for those moments that move you to do it.

Maybe abstract art isn't a show theme that everybody connects with?

Good for your son, I admire his loyalty. Mandarins have a great organization, treat their members right, and are on the rise... why would anybody not want to be part of that.

If I was the one picking the winner this year, it would be Crown. 🏆 It's one of the shows (along with Mandarins) that I will continue to watch and listen to a lot, until the next season starts.

Good performance, but we know they can do it better... They should all be proud and hungry for more.

Our local school just finished their week long band camp... my son is the brass tech for them. I love leaving for work and hearing the band out rehearsing that early in the morning before school starts.
