  5. The pics are just awesome, who would have imagined that all the corps would have black has the primary color for their percussion sections. Are there any audio files from the event? Mike Seabrook Scottsdale, AZ
  6. I think if you review the finals recap for both Div 1 and Div 2 you'll see many spreads all over the place. In Div 2 in color guard the Academy was 1.2 behind East Coast Jazz, in Div 1 BD was .06 behind Cavies in Brass Performance and actually finished 4th. It seems that spreads from the criteria on the back of the sheets were actually used and cause many upsets and palcing changes in last night. Mike Seabrook SCottsdale, AZ
  7. OK I'll jump in. Blue Devils - 97.500 Cavaliers - 97.250 Phantom - 96.900 Bluecoats - 95.750 Cadets - 95.500 Santa Clara Vanguard - 94.800 Mike Seabrook Scottsdale, AZ
  8. Well ALLRIGHT NOW!!!! And here Barb was worried. Now the snare chops show plus GE factors by Lee will ROCK THE HOUSE. Are there any more COWBOYS out there? Lee you are my hero> Mike Seabrook Scottsdale, AZ
  9. Lee has been holding out on all of us. If you go to the Renegades web sight and go under media and then photos you can see Lee practicing his solo. Now I'm sure I'll get my ticket and fly to Rachacha to see him. Mike Seabrook Scottsdale, AZ
  10. Just a quck note to all the "COWBOYS" who are still thinking about entering. In the beginning days of I & E all the perc entries competed in a random draw. There would be a snare drummer, then a tenor, then a keyboard, then maybe another keyboard, then a tenor , then a snare, then a snare. Even though everyone had a chance to compete the venue is nothing like has been established over the last few years. To have separates venue for all with seperate judges has been a tremendous feature for that compete and us spectators as well. So dust off the sticks and the mylar heads and lets get going. So "COWBOY UP" AND GET YOUR ENTIES IN. And if Lee is going to do this I would fly in from AZ to see it. Mike :mmm:
  11. Why with only one bad entry year would you cancel something so precious? Can't a winner be picked if there are only 8? I don't think in the early years of I & E there we more than 12. Maybe this is the cream of DCA and everyone else is scared?? Can on snare "COWBOY UP" Mike Seabrook Scottsdale, AZ
  12. Spoken like a true professional. Nice Job Storky. Mike Seabrook
