So I am just curious, this is the time of year (offseason) that each corps is preparing for the upcoming season. Why wouldn't each corps be marketing to the public or prospective members what the corps has installed for their success? Meaning I would think by now, most corps have a majority of their staff in place and should be proudly communicating that to the mass. Or even the framework or theme of where they are heading for the year. I personally think that if more prospects knew of what each corps was preparing for the upcoming year, the corps' could/would draw more people or interest to join.
Am I thinking this out correctly or have I been out of the lifestyle/scene so long that it is more important to keep everything a secret until the very last moment?
