You honestly can't say that with a level head. If you want to contend that the lineup is fair I am sure you would find maybe 3 people here who agree.

Monette is too expensive, and not the best(personal opinion). GR mouthpieces are incredible works of art and science. A little research will tell you what is so great about the GRs. The website may make them look cheap, but they are by far the best thing on the market.

I think Mandarins should have lead the cinnecast, being they have beaten Southwind both times they have seen them.

The Blue Devils are at my high school this weekend and wow. Sitting in the cafeteria at 10:30pm listening to music rehearsal. MMhmm. Drill is clean, which is to be expected, the two trumpet soloists are ###### good. Don't forget to look for the awesome snare line and their stick visuals. WoW!!!!!!!! They play everything Dynasty, except for 22 COL103 Kanstul Trumpets. I think that Kanstul is the obvious better of the three but I am not going to second guess Key. I would trust his judgement. Or maybe yamaha gave them a better deal. Hopefully the don't switch to Yamaha percusiion though.

I don't know a thing about these sousaphones, but I have not heard aything good about anything else from jupiter. My band director said that Riverside Sommunity College was very pleased with them. Does anyone know anyhting about the Jupiter 590 BBb quad-valve sousaphone?

The second soprano listed is the customized version coats and scv have been using. I'm 99% sure SCV uses the COL103 Bb horn.

SCV marched some baris this last year, but from the pictures, it looks as if they are goin back to all euphs this year, dunno for sure.

I play a Kanstul COL103, anybody have any expeirience with this or anyother Kanstul horns.

BD and the Cadets are more top heavy corps than PR or SCV who are bottom heavy. PR has an incredible hornline, and SCV will be up there this year with more age in the line. The Cavies seem to have a unique style of very full contra sound with high sopranos written. All of these corps are excellent though at achieving what they want.

I have never heard of Blue Juice. I use FAST for my horn and it works great. Where can this Blue Juice be obtained.
