  1. 1998 Stonehenge made me a permanent fan. Then I started looking back, before I was a fan, and 1992 To Tame the Perilous Skies is probably my favorite. 2011 Between Angels and Demons was their last masterpiece, and my favorite memory of seeing them live in Indy. 1987 Appalachian Spring sometimes brings a tear.
  2. Really hard to believe this is it. πŸ˜”
  3. Is the narrator the same voice as last year?
  4. Oh I love the site, too, but there are mistakes. One example I saw yesterday, they have Blue Devils winning GE caption award in 1998.
  5. I've been a little smug that they were finally putting out a show with no voiceover. And now they've put it in. Maybe they were planning it all along, or had it in reserve in case they decided they needed it for clarity of intent. I haven't gotten a clear listen from amateur videos yet - what was your reaction to it? In some ways, it makes the percussion transition segments (where much of the narration is) seem more obviously transitional, like advancing the story along.
  6. Section 5 Row AA. $80 (what I paid). Message me.
  7. I think the answer is yes - it follows the order of the performance captions - visual then music, left to right. (The old GE Viz and GE Mus were in that order, too).
  8. They posted that they're learning new drill. We can only assume which part of the show...
  9. They have shows tonight, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday...
  10. Agreed based on the source material I've looked up.
  11. Don't let that stop yall from donating, whether it's now, earlier, or later.
  12. If you know something about webpages, you can see some of what they've yet to reveal lol
  13. mmm ooo yes. Some good ones have been mentioned, I'll throw in (don't think anyone said these): 3 cadets shows - 1992 in particular. Also 1997, perhaps 2007 SCV 1988
  14. Interesting tournament results! Thanks for arranging! The things that surprised me most: How far SCV 1998 made it. Great show, but... How close Cadets 1985 vs Cadets 1990 was (19 vs 17 votes). Cadets 1985 is a masterpiece and the perfect endcap on their 3-peat. SCV 2017 beating Blue Devils 1986, wow! But then, pleasantly surprised Stonehenge slid past SCV 17. Fairly surprised that Cadets 93 beat Babylon. I agree with it, just surprised. I like Spartacus a lot, but I groaned a bit that it beat Cadets 84 so handily. Some votes for Cavies 05, against PR 89?? πŸ˜‹ Interesting. But then, kind of surprised how easily PR 89 beat SCV 99. Also, some votes for BD 07 up against Star 93?? WOW. (Sorry, just can't get into much of BD 07)
  15. Also a warning - you can't change your vote! πŸ™‚
  16. Topic could have been titled "Who did Nighthawks?"
  17. Look out, folks, he's gonna blow his gasket! Spin cycle out of control!
