I don't even understand what long overdue means. Why change? The unis were awesome. I mean awesome. They weren't losing to Reading because of the unis anymore than anyone else was.

Cabs unis.....ooooof. Pass (based on these pics). Lifelong Cabs fan. Thought last year's were actually very sweet. These are very disappointing based on the pics in this thread.

Uhhhhh...........hold the phone......for those of us who don't live in the Northeast...........Reading opens the season up by less than .5 a point and all we are talking about a week later in this thread is Frank playing from the sideline! Come on! What happened at the show? Is Hawthorne hot? Did Reading show up with 40 horns? This hasn't happened in 10 years I bet........what's the verdict after two weekends? lol. I need to know! Usually 8 days into the season we are all talking about wrapping the trophy and handing it to Reading already! lol. But seriously, can somebody give the rest of us some details ? Thanks :)

You're thinking too much. You intimated to me that I was missing something because the Buccs were spectacular this year. The other guy was basically pointing out to you that this is par for the course for the Buccs. They aren't anymore spectacular this year than any other of the last 8 years where they've ultimately scored the same regardless of panel, show, etc. etc. I would prefer somebody like MB win because, for me, they do a better job of marrying difficulty, accessibility, and listenability than does Reading. I'm a fan. I enjoy some corps more than others and would like to see the ones I enjoy win. It's hardly silly. In fact, I think I even said I'm sure Reading probably deserved to win.

I think what he's trying to communicate is that Reading isn't anymore spectacular this year than last year or the year before or the year before that etc. etc. on back to 2005.
