  1. They are awesome mouthpieces. All of Music City Legend's contras used them this year. The entire low brass section at Spirit uses them and they sound teriffic. Ken Bodiford will vouch for it.
  2. Ed, there's a huge scandal going around the drum corps community to keep this information from you so you might as well stop asking. :P Suffice to say that whenever DCA makes the decision and when they are ready to make the announcement there will be a HUGE headline on Drum Corps Planet about it. Patience my young padawan.
  3. I can vouch for that. Bunny and Hef couldn't keep their hands off each other! :)
  4. Hey, I'm willing to give it a try though I've never marched with a G French Horn or marching french horn in band. Have played mello with a horn mouthpiece w/adapter. Only time I ever played a French Horn bugle it was a very old DEG 2v model and it was a beast to play.
  5. Was great to see you, too. Enjoyed Brig's show a lot. Holla at me!
  6. Thank you. Always feels better when your peers appreciate what you do.
  7. Thanks. It helps that 4 1/2 of our 5 mellos had DCI experience. Dutch Boy, Southwind, Star of Indiana (2 of us) and one that did all Buecoats camps but ended up not marching the summer.
  8. Does anyone know how to contact Alan Winslow, long time drum corps man and DCW photographer from San Antonio, Tx.?
  9. Warning, it's a 300 Mb wave file right now. It'll take a long time to download even with cable. It'll be formatted to mp3 soon.
  10. Amen to that! Congrats to Alliance for making Class A finals and to CorpsVets and Carolina Gold for representing us so well at Open Class Finals.
  11. I will not march with any corps in 2006 however I do intend to be "involved" one way or another.
  12. Remember when Star of Indiana used all those props in their circus show in 1987? Once they got back to the corps hall after DCI finals there was a frenzy of destruction like you would not believe.
