  1. In Pennsylvania, https://www.education.pa.gov/Teachers - Administrators/Certifications/Pages/Certificate-Actions.aspx#tab-1
  2. I've just got to note - White Sabres design team: Did anyone have a concern about playing middle eastern flavored music while blindfolding a horn member and simulating a beheading or cutting of the throat? I get that when you're in your design meetings sometimes you have a narrow vision, but from my seat the first thing I thought was "too close to real life." Bad enough grandpa kicked it in Fusion Core a few years ago..... Hold the flames, this is just an observation. If I thought it, I'm sure I was not the only one.
  3. Just watched the last hour of visual block....they are working those rotating triangles
  4. Lehigh Valley Zoo is a nice place to visit (especially when you're short on time). Sands Casino in Bethlehem. Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom. Lost River Caverns in Hellertown (or Crystal Cave in Kutztown). River Rafting in Jim Thorpe (that's the name of the town :)
  5. 2011 Cadets lost Minnesota San Antonio Atlanta and East....big win at TOC the Sunday before finals and never looked back.[q2 uote name=jjeffeory" post="3388793" timestamp="1406430353] If Cadets come from behind to win this late in the season, it will be rare or even a first. Would love to see it happen just because. Cadets usually close in around this time of the year when they do win.
  6. Place is clogged....aisles are full of people trying to get to their seats...There are a lot of people here
  7. The lines outside the stadium are RIDICULOUS...unacceptable how slow it was to get in....only a couple of ticket takers
  8. Yes, Boston could put up fences and add narration to better portray their intentions regarding this program...but maybe they're intentionally NOT using them. Props and narration is what the G7 would do....with this "satire on a satire" program maybe the message is "we have faith that our audience doesn't need props and narration to understand what our show is about." Now, I'm not necessarily saying they are achieving that, but I appreciate the opportunity to use my imagination.
  9. BAC needs to FINISH their show. I realize there have been some bumps in the progress...but you gotta figure out a way to finish your show.
  10. To quote one of our favorite Presidents "Mr. Hopkins, tear down this wall!"
  11. I was wondering if anyone can tell me about the schedule for Sunday. All I can find is "ten open class" and "four A class".....does the A class go on first, followed by the Open? Will there be exhibition corps? Anyone have any more detail? Thanks Jen
  12. I read that there is a shuttle from the stadium parking lot to the downtown area...can anyone tell me more information about this? Will it be running on Saturday & Sunday? Thanks!
  13. http://www.lehighvalleylive.com/allentown/index.ssf/2012/08/allentown_school_board_approve_2.html#incart_river_default Looks like the Crum is having it's turf replaced in the Summer of 2013. Anyone have any scoop on whether this will affect DCI East?
  14. Take a look at the percussion scores and tell me "no dues necessary"...I beg to disagree. IMO, Cadets2 should have been in the mix with Hurcs and Empire, not 2-3 points below. C2 was visually dirtier, but at least they're marching (and therein lies the rub).
