Red Team hype train is full steam ahead.

It's no longer a question of whether Colts make finals in 2024. It's just a matter of where they place. I believe even with SCV back in the mix that Colts will go up another spot to 8th.

Great shows by all 4 who played so far. I believe the placements are accurate to this point.

Aside from the 2-4 crowd, the lineup order is pretty much how the final standings should shake out.

It's very similar to the Reading Buccaneers in DCA.

10 could possibly break 90. BK for sure won't do it and I don't see BS doing it either. Troopers could hit the mark if their guard scores increase, but I don't see it happening.

Looks like Cavaliers widened the gap and 9th place is as high as Colts can hope for this year, which is still #### amazing. Barring a meltdown it looks like 9th is theirs for the taking. Honestly though at this point I'm just excited about the fact that we no longer have to worry whether or not Colts are going to make finals. 🙂

We'll see. If I remember the recaps correctly, Troopers guard was 16th. That needs to improve for a jump to happen.

I took off my red and white glasses last night and really watched the show with a critical eye. It's no joke, they definitely deserve to be where they're at right now. The drill is as good as I've ever seen from that group and the show design is getting the credit it deserves and then some. Assuming they can hold on to 9th place, the next question is how do they follow it up in 2024? You know potential recruits are going to take a serious look at Colts now.

Couldn't be more proud of the Colts right now. Highest score in history for the fourth show in a row and tying their highest placement ever. Now.. can they break it and catch the Cavies?

It will be BK or Xmen, not both. There's no way Blue Stars aren't making finals.

So yeah... Colts just broke their all-time high score for the third time this year and are 1 point away from breaking 90. It's going to happen!

Haven't read the whole topic, but I'm sure many people said the same thing about Pioneer before they finally went under. They were consistently at the bottom of the pack, got beat by OC/D2 corps quite often, but they still worked their @$$e$ off and toured with the rest of the other WC/D1 groups. As long as JS is willing to put in the work, they can do what they want.

This is pretty much the correct answer. I might swap BK in for Crossmen at #12 and Crown over BAC at #2, but it's solid.

Colts continue to break their all-time high score. They are a lock for Finals, just a question of where they finish in the 9-11 bracket. Personally, I think they finish 10th.

They officially beat their all-time high score last night in Centerville. Outside chance of breaking 90, but they've already made history this year score wise.

Colts will battle Troopers for 10th down to the end. Wouldn't be shocked if they chase down Blue Stars, but they are more closely aligned with Troopers IMO.

Been a minute since I've posted on these forums... Not sure where Colts will finish come finals but right now they are sitting in 13th. That drumline is absolutely incredible and quite possibly the best they've ever fielded. If they do make the big dance it will be on the strength of the battery. Let's see how the show develops over the next few weeks.

When i first read this I thought it said "h o r n i c i d e" instead of "h o m i c i d e" In any event, my thoughts and well wishes go out to his family.

Regarding Colts, I haven't seen the show but maybe once this year through clips on DCI's website. Without analyzing scores, the only thing I can possibly think of that would cause this much of a shift is, as others have already mentioned, the fact they brought on so many displaced members from Teal Sound and it's taking a while to catch them up and integrate them into the show. I'm not knocking Teal or its current/former members and it certainly isn't the kids' fault. If nothing else, I think this season just further exemplifies the family bonding for which Colts have always been known. I don't know where Colts will end up in the standings, but I expect most of those Teal guys to stick around for 2013. Bold prediction: I think next year will be equivalent of the jump Colts made from 92 to 93.

I've seen the show a couple times and heard various accounts of it. Although the show is seriously flawed and easily their worst since '97 IMO, there is no way in hell the Cavies are missing Finals. To even suggest this is just ludicrous. They are looking at a 7-10 finish when it's all said and done.
