Guardguy89 Posted February 13, 2008 Share Posted February 13, 2008 my sources say that a new independant guard will be forming in the central indiana area next year.the guard will be entirely funded by an entrepreneur with deep pockets,so deep that the tuition for performers will be minimal if not free.reportedly some pretty big names in the pageantry arts are already on board and excited about the upcoming project.more as it happens!
