cabalumnidrummer
Hey Frank!I'm still looking for a shot of your famous self. One where you're not smoking. And did somebody say "Hippie"? We certainly had some. IPB Image Even in the drum line! Glad to see you found this thread, Frank! Puppet Thanks for post this Great photo! 'Hippies' I recognize include George Desposito, Mark Holub and John Oddo! After years of trying, I finally convinced George to play with us in the Cabs Alumni this past season. You were quite tender at age 18 in my recollection. That would have been 1977?? You were listening to the Partridge Family and hanging around Dairy Queen. Your age has jaded you my dear boy. :P

bass5
Wow - seeing those cans - I remember going to Milwaukee on tour back in '74 and seeing the Schlitz logo on the tall grain silos. Their slogan, "the beer that made Milwaukee famous" comes back after seeing that photo. I was working at Schlitz in Milwaukee (actually Oak Creek's engineering office) in 1974. Believe it or not in 1974 they were the 2nd largest brewer in the world. Talk about a classic example of the kids taking over a business and running it into the ground in less than 5 years.
