Andyroo
Ever been to the Shrimp Box before? We've been many times. If you get seated before 6:00 PM (I think), they have a nice set of Early Bird dinner specials...very reasonable...comes with dessert and coffee as well as the soup/salad and main course. Since this comment was initially directed towards Fran, and in view of his recent birthday, the idea of Early Bird Specials sort of fits right in. Heh.... they're called "Sunset Dinners" at the Shrimp Box... trying to attract the younger crowd.....meaning anyone still breathing.... LOL Fran

cabalumnidrummer
Thanks for the birthday wishes, Jim/Joe! Hope to see you Saturday in Clifton. Just 4 days left to one of the biggest shows of the year, and what promises to be one of the most memorable Drum Corps Grand Prix shows in its 44 year history. Ace Holleran
John you are right about the Crusaders, back in the day the host corps did not compete. But the Jr. Winner was the Bridgeport PAL and the only reason I know this is that Rich Warga won’t let me forget it. Because he was in that corps. Okay, so I didn't march there in '65, but I am a PAL alum (see photo) --go red, black and white! Ace

ohmarie
Thanks Mike, I'll be at the post on Friday with my $15! Unfortunately, it's just me--my husband barely wants to see drum corps shows that I'm in! Can't wait to see everybody.
