True. But it's something that's been brought up every few pages on this thread. Someone mentions how none of these number matter until Rochester (usually with an addendum that says we shouldn't even bother with these rankings), and then someone responds with how aware everyone is of this and that we like to compare anyway for fun. And then there's a little back and forth, and everyone's got to chime in, and Smoothy yells out "scores, schmores!", then five people say "the fans are the true winners!" and the topic goes back to comparing and ranking the corps and making predictions.

I'm just pointing out the cycle. Now back to the topic, grain of salt ready to be taken...

Scores matter when it comes to seeding at Prelims... so yes, these scores matter a lot!

Next weekend is the biggest weekend for DCA before prelims! I believe that pretty much everyone except the Californians will be out on the field, yes?

it looks accurate except the bucs. i really don't believe they are in 4th place but we'll see in scranton. looks like we're in for an exciting finish this year.

Bucs did not have score this weekend so naturally they did not retain 1st.

Renegades?Do you really think they are not going to be in the top ten this year?

They WILL make the top ten so that means one of the top ten has to move out and made room for them.Who do you think that will be is the big question.

Its going to be a interesting season to watch the 7-10th shuffle.

like i said it looks accurate. now if you had read other posts i said the last 6 places will be tough. bucs are the #1 corps untill somebody beats them. period. hurcs and statesman will fight out 2nd place. my money is on the statesman for 2nd. i couldn't tell you about the bottom 4 at all. now bear in mind this is my opinion and yes i'm entitled to it thank you very much. also i respect yours and that's why this thread is so fun. we all think we know whats gonna happen. all we can do is guess. oh and how can anybody know what the renegades are gonna do when they haven't been judged by a dca panel yet and nobody has seen them. that's just speculation to think anything about them. i will say this will be very interesting. good luck to all the corps.
