Its a shame that Blue Knights have picked the ugly hand-painted flag for the past 12 years!

I think the Blue Knights director is always pulling out a finger painting kit (for ages 3 and up) from the prop bag. They just always decide to use it on their silks.

do you mean BD '06 and CC '07?

BD '05: Dance Derby of the Century

CC '06: In.Trance.It

i can get the horse idea for BD if they mistook the Derby as from Kentucky, but a horse in a trance? those are some mighty good smokes apparently

The Prop Bag pull happens in the fall before the season in question, so the pull for BD's 06 show would have happened in the fall of '05.

I have WAAAYYYY too much free time.

98 Cadets drew Stonehenge

It was that 2 foot foam Stonehenge piece from Spinal Tap, wasn't it?

Well, I must say that it is a relief to finally expose the secret ritual of the Prop Bag. For a little perspective, my friends and I first became suspicious of the DCI connection when the Glassmen guard used a dozen giant blue balls in the early 90's. We wondered, did they need a separate tour truck just for the people with the blue balls?

Poor choices like that one could only be explained with a conspiracy theory as grand as this.

We didn't draw balls (so to speak), though. It was a Moody Blues Days of Future Passed CD. The program concept was so limited the design staff got desperate.

I've been outsourcing the liner notes to India for the past five years. No one has caught on.

Except for the improved English spelling and grammar. How ironic.

Just kidding, of course...

It said "We put the Bb in Boring"

That was one t-shirt. The other said "Glassmen: Boring their way into your hearts".
