mad_scotty Posted August 22, 2008 Share Posted August 22, 2008 !@#!@#$@$@$@??????? i don't even want to start talking about this comment...... dude, seriously, they had consistent intonation problems, particularly in their trumpets, and this coming off a streak of years of really, really good hornlines. it was an off year for them. i don't always agree with the judges, but they pretty much got this corps right with the 5th place spot. that may not fit well on your "i love the cadets" shrine, but its an honest and defensible assessment of their program this year. would you prefer i gripe about narration and try to temper it by saying "but the hornline was great" just so i'll sound a little more even handed? How I feel about the Cadets, their show designs , their talent, and their output this year and years past is well documented, I dont play games, I tell how I feel. So, instead of whining, did you answer the question, or are you the Cadets FMM bodyguard , defender til thy death, out to purge injustice and negativity at all costs ??? Sorry, 2008 Wasnt the Cadets year, isnt about the Cadets, they arent this years top story, and they wont be fondly remembered in 2008 for Sarah Jones and the living room.
