JohnD
That's it for now, folks. We're the last ones here at the stadium and the lights are going to be turned off. A HUGE thank you to Danielle, Kevin, Charlie Groh, Jeff DeMello, Key Poulan, Todd Tanji, Toby, Cozy and the rest of the DCP team for all of their hard work. We couldn't do it without them. I'd also like to thank Gil Silva and the folks at DCA and Gary Baker from BVP Marching Videos for their partnership and the guys at Dynasty for their support - without which this would not be possible. Please let them know how much you appreciate this coverage. Good night from PAETEC Park. We'll be back in the morning for the Alumni Spectacular - then the DCA World Championship show tomorrow night. Thank you for your support. -john P.S. We'll keep trying to get the Cabs video up .... and the remaining photos will go up later tonite / first thing in the morning. Geoff
Yeah, no kidding. This is bull. What do they have to do? Play better? March better? Spin better? I imagine those are good starts.
I.R. Baritone
I've been so impressed with the videos you guys have been putting up. They load so fast, even for broadband. Even YouTube doesn't load this fast for me. And they're so clear. Even in full screen mode, there's absolutely no pixelation or artificing at all. This makes me very hopeful for the future. I hope you guys could do some kind of live streaming. If it looked half as good as this I would pay top dollar to see it. Kudos to everyone involved with bringing this to us! Reed
MCL - We get 11th so you don't have to (at least the last 2 years...) From what I've been told by some members, the 3 rousing standing ovations they received during the show were the reward they were going for... (Although finals is the next goal for the corps to accomplish...) This was my first year not on the field with the corps since its inception, and I must say I'm very proud of where the corps has gone since a few of us sat around a table at Borders Books in Nashville 5 years ago...
