roosevelt
I wouldn't count BDB out of first yet. Rumor is they might have a full 150 this year and a great show Great show? Probably 150? Not likely. To march 150 you need either a 50 person guard and a 72 person horn line, or an 80 person brass line and a 40 person guard.... that is not likely considering they are a feeder corps. People that get cut from BD often go to other top 12 WC corps. BDB is made up mostly of people from in and around Concord and there are not many big band programs in that area (except logan) to draw from. I am sure BDB will be in the running for a title either way.
MetalTones2012
I wouldn't count BDB out of first yet. Rumor is they might have a full 150 this year and a great show Well that's good for BDB, but bad for Open Class as a whole because it makes it as predictable as World Class (unlike Surf, BDB will never move up). I think feeder corps should be limited to less than the original 135 limit, but feel free to argue. Bdrums101
Its going to be another GREAT year of Open Class Drum Corps. No question about it.
ColtContra
Yes but they will be much cleaner than Teal Sound's 72 apparantly Which would be true if they were marching 72 this year. But they're not.

sunguard
who wrote Teal Sound's drill in 08? I think it was the same person that did Colts,Jeremy Hunt, but don't quote me on that. I also think that Mr. Martinez who is writing for them this year, was the same person that did the '07 drill for them, but once again not 100% certain about that. You would have to contact them for that information.
NSBNole
Marcos did drill in '07, and now in '09. Hunt in '08 Vis Staff: New additions and other staffers are mentioned on the website now... Not doing 72...going for 84.

Kamarag
Not doing 72...going for 84. I'm pretty sure Teal isn't marching 84 brass. Nice idea though.
