I often just use a regular hi-hat stand with big crashes on it when playing musicals, but this is a neat take on it. I would have to see it in person to see how realistic it truly is. I wish the video would show someone playing crashes in a row on it, like you usually do in the Star Spangled Banner. And also, I'd need to see how it does with small crashes still controlled by foot.
