randomnoise Posted May 5, 2003 Author Share Posted May 5, 2003 If you really want a Bb mellophone, look up Ken Norman. He could make you one, no doubt. You will need a Bb trumpet or Flugel and an Olds Ultratone mellophone. Then take the bell section from the mellophone and slap it on the Bb instrument. Make sure you have ear plugs in and safety glasses on before testing it. It could be dangerous. ::Evil Laugh:: Give me his contact info!! I'll play it at DCA this year, if we can pull it off!
