Carolina Thunder Posted June 5, 2009 Share Posted June 5, 2009 Carolina Thunder is pleased to announce the winner of the CT Logo Contest is….insert drum roll here……. Jeffry Pike of Boston, Massachusetts. Jeff's design focuses on the legend of Thor, a mythical Viking Norse god of thunder who created thunder with his hammer and anvil. The winning design was selected on May 31st at a Carolina Thunder weekend rehearsal in Rock Hill, South Carolina. This new logo will be utilized on all printed materials, the Carolina Thunder website, as well as any signage and equipment. "We appreciate the efforts of everyone who submitted a design and recognize thank you for your participation," says Director Greg Dearman. The contest proved to be widely accepted as many entries were submitted from within the United States as well as India and Germany.
