Roark1
Correction; the Kingsmen are from Anaheim. Just to set the record straight. Are you saying the these Kingsmen are a Sr. Corps version of THE Anaheim Kingsmen?

Roark1
yes Are they coming to DCA?
Spandy
Are they coming to DCA? I don't think they are... in fact, I don't think they even went through an evaluation this spring, so they technically aren't a DCA corps...
Spandy
Correction; the Kingsmen are from Anaheim. Just to set the record straight. Riverside, CA is the show from which that particular score came, not where the corps is supposed to be from
Dmlkmen
An Update as to whats going on: We had a great weekend. There was a lot of pride felt after coming off the field both nights - it was an amazing experience. In support of the thread- Walnut was not a judged event for us- but Riverside was. On our homepage, we have listed the scores for us and Dream from Riverside, with caption breakdown : www.xkingsmen.com We are working hard to improve- We have added some additional brass amd color guard rehearsals in, for the coming weeks. With the first shows under our belt, we hope to improve and come out strong at our next scheduled shows on July 11th in Long Beach and July 12th in LA. Corpsreps has some nice pictures of us from the weekend, in their 2009 show section. Click on the 2009 slide show section to see them. Roark1
Fantastic! The Kingsmen are one of my all time favorite corps. Pure class!

EDITED: Kingsmen were evaluated by DCI, not DCA. . Edited June 29, 2009 by GuyW
Ron H
Now we go into hiding until August Yes, 'tis true. MBI will drop like a rock in the rankings simply because of the lack of DCA shows in the next month. But it's still fun to see that MBI - for the first time in DCA history I reckon (but correct me if I'm wrong) - actually polled the top spot in DCA! Doesn't mean anything in the long run, but still, it's nice to see just for the helluvit! I still think the Bucs are the Cat's Meow. Although there could be a corps 'dogging' them! May the best corps win! Edited June 27, 2009 by Ron H
