Who would win? (just for fun!)

  1. 1. If a "Super StafF" was commissioned to write one program for each of these corps, and they were all judged on the EXACT same material (Same number of members, Exact same drill charts, music charts, guard work, equipment and instruction, (again, its a what if!) who would emerge victorious?

This is an interesting question, but really it would depend on the design. Each corps really specializes in different ways and I think whoever's style matched the design the best would win. I voted for the Cavies because I just see them as the most versatile corps.

The key thing would be the last thing you mentioned.... you said same instruction. The corps that would do best is the one that got the instruction style they were most used to.

If they taught a relaxed straight leg... then Blue Devils..... if it was bent knees, then Cavies.....

The only reason I voted Holy Name is (and feel free to disagree with this) I know a lot of people that consider them the "hardest" working. Notice I didn't say smartest, I haven't been close enough to the members/staff to really give an opinion with some evidence to comment. I just remember hearing a lot on tour last year "If Cadets get a rehearsal day... Watch out for 'em tomorrow night"
