Peel Paint
They're taking the lines from the field now. I thought they were painted, but they're ribbons. Yeah, it's a football (soccer) field. I have a feeling Hop would have a problem with those yardmarker ribbons...
dustyboo
Love it...no ampsAwesome to see the drum line play off the field and a review of the stands...good ol' drum corps. It looked like Jubal had speakers set up on the front sideline. Only caught about 8-9 shows and they were the only ones I noticed this in. Are amps legal there or did they have something on the field that just looked liked amps from the webcast?
Marco
Thank you all for watching! It was great to see so many people from the States/Canada watching the webcast. Although we realise the webcast had limited quality, we hope you enjoyed it. Marco
Peel Paint
Thanks, again, Marco. It was a lot of fun. I thought the quality was quite good given the challenge of a free stream feed to the world! It looked like Jubal had speakers set up on the front sideline. Only caught about 8-9 shows and they were the only ones I noticed this in. Are amps legal there or did they have something on the field that just looked liked amps from the webcast? Check out page 5 here: http://www.drumcorpseurope.org/Resources/pdf/manual.pdf Amplification of pit instruments (trial for 2009 season) All acoustic percussion membrane, acoustic percussion keyboards, latin percussion instruments and other comparable acoustic equipment used for musical effects are legal and can be amplified... CasualFan
Checking out Jubal's website its very interesting to see them trying to field a USA corps in 2011. Very cool.http://www.jubal.org/index.php/jubal-organ...bal-naar-de-usa Wow, it will be their 100th anniversary. I believe they came to the U.S. in 2006. Or maybe it was Juliana, I don't remember. Paralda
Anyone know if there's a limit to how many people can be in a Corps? I looked through the rules and couldn't find one.

There is no official limit, because no corps is going to have such a big number of members anyway.
