lindap
Think that is John Robbins 4th from the left Northstar Director I had the privilege of meeting Mr. Robins on occasion while living in Kitchener-Waterloo 74-76. May he rest in peace http://www.dci.org/news/view.cfm?news_id=e3332ea8-deee-438e-96ee-6a455d9be5d1 The PDF link below states Mr. Robins was President of CDCA/ODCA 1972-1975. See page 6. The page also states that the transition from Mr. Biggs to Mr. Smith was in 1965. The previous photo, in this thread, may be from 1965 with a young John Robins while he was Director of K-W Flying Dutchmen Senior Corps. http://www.optimists-alumni.org/downloads/acrobat_downloads/cdca_50th.pdf I have a paper copy of Salute to 50 publication. It and my 1975 U.S. Open contest program are 2 of my favourite memorabilia.
