KEVIN AWARD- At a reception backstage at Boston's Colonial Theatre, Sal Mineo was named recipient of the annual "Showman Award" presented by th Saint Kevin Emerald Knights to a personage in the field of entertainment, of which drum corps is so much a part. Previous recipients of this award are Louis 'Satchmo' Armstrong, Jimmy Durante, Eddie Hodges (child star of Music Man) and Arthur Fiedler of the Boston Pops. Kennedy is shown accepting an honorary membership award from the Boston Crusaders while on a recent trip to Boston. Presenting the award is Drum Major Joseph Anderson.
