Even more interesting was the low, low tenor tuning and the high snare tuning. Star only used Kevlar heads in '93 (I think? Dang memory..) so hearing that tune played on Kevlar is kind of odd. But the best thing about that was the amount of flams being played. World peace will only be achieved with grace notes. I think I need to listen to '89 now.Hearing that on kevlar sounds odd to me too. Lacks the warmth of mylar. Screw them for being slow on the tempo. I mean, when that one video of that one take was shot in the beginning of February, they only had 6 months left to clean that lick up. What the were they waiting for, the ghost of George Zingali to come to them in their sleep and scare them into not sucking so hard? Heck, I went and sold my Semis tickets after I saw that vid...
