SomeOtherJoe
1.2 pts between Bluecoats and Crown in percussion. That's twice the size of their margin tonight. Hope Crown's battery can settle down after the turmoil and get back on track soon. Been watching this over time. Ordinal placement has been slipping with Bluecoats, Phanton, and Cavs gaining and passing. Seemed to be particularly hammered tonight with Boston beating 'em. Fluke or not, possibly won't bode well when Cadets and BD get added into the fold. Percussion caption much more relevant than show location or panel. CoatsContraDad
OK, so here's a ridiculously silly question to ask after being involved in this activity for four years...but what exactly does 'visual performance' entail? What part of the corps' performance?

And maybe this specific judge was the most relevant factor of all.

What part of the corps' performance? How consistent your marching technique is throughout the ensemble, basically.

SomeOtherJoe
And maybe this specific judge was the most relevant factor of all. No doubt. But, as I said... been watching. Not something that started tonight. Just pointing out the caption will be interesting to watch, especially when BD and Cadets get added into the fold. So I guess that's the answer to my earlier question! Very interesting recaps. Been a long time since we've seen the top groups spread out like that. WOW!!Congrats to all of the corps tonight. Good luck to everybody tomorrow.
