As bad as the one female judge we speak of has been for Phantom, this guy has had a 1 point drop for BK in whatever he has judged and it dates back to the 90's. Does he have hatred for one corps? You bet! Oh well, I can only hope He and She are not judging in finals week for the sake of both Phantom and BK!Wes P BK '97 '98 The judge that has a name similar to Lewinsky might be a finals week judge.
