I think I was in the minority on this one, but baked potatoes were easy to produce on a large scale, and they'd always have cheese, olives, ham, bacon, chili, sour cream, veggies (bleh), ground hamburger and lots of hot sauce! Granted, we had to do the Chicago VFW National Parade twice. Seems Alaska didn't have a marching unit to represent so they gave us a flag and off we went.
