The least of Regiment's issues will be him. I imagine they will have some retention issues in the percussion section, but Shane is solid and has a following of his own too. I think they've fixed their visual problem with Myron Rosander hire. It will probably take time. That or the Program Coordinator backing off and letting the design create.
