SF2K4
I was talking about this with a couple of friends of mine in the MDB that have also marched with Spirit... anyone ever heard the idea being tossed around?
DrinkinOuttaCups
I was talking about it with a friend a few months ago...they could basically play the 1980 show (with some '84 and '86 thrown in for good measure). It needs to happen.
Xmen79
You get a pretty good sense of it whenever the Atlanta Corpsvets or Atlanta Alliance senior corps perform. In fact, Corpsvets use to use "Georgia" as a warm-up. I think their lead trumpet was a Spirit soloist.

Even if you have CorpsVets playing "Georgia" with Hunter on lead....it's not the same as an actual Spirit alum corps. I would love to see it. FHdork
I heard a SUPER performance of Mahler 5 on the radio by a Spirit alum just this week - World class, in the truest sense of the word -
