RenegadeBaritone
What I liked the most about it is what I think that drum corps is really all about -- meeting old and new friends and playing some good music together. I talked with people that I have not seen in 10-12 years. It was just great. That alone is worth doing senior corps. Though, play loud <& in tune;)> is a close second. One cool thing was to see so many SCV people at LMS this year. The Renegades and SCV are really starting to mix well. Of course, having many people marching SCV Alumni AND Renegades at the same time certainly does not hurt corps relations... :) LR It's really a cool relationship IMHO. Everyone gains from the relationship!
mosthumbleone
Enjoyed the MP3's! If I'm still in the mid-atlantic this summer, I'm going to have to do DCA and hear the polished product. I'm really looking forward to hearing the SCV Alumni Corps in Madison as well. (But man, would I hate to have to be the one to corral that gaggle of lead soprano players! I hope no light bulbs burn out in your corps rehearsal hall.) 8^)
randomnoise
Just added a new mp3 file - In the Stone as arranged by the great Larry Kerchner for the Bayonne Bridgemen. Check it out!! Enjoy!

I've never taught a line with this much talent. We've got 7 guys with solid Double High Cs, AND they can play in the staff as well! ]:-)

The bleeding ear drums in the stands this year are all your fault. :) LR

atye
It's awesome to hear about all the great senior and alum corps stuff happening out west. I'm in Wisconsin, and we just had Mn Brass here. They were scary(in a REALLY good way), but I wish I could see some of you westerners too. Maybe someday.....
