Flying with guard equipment

Recommended Posts

Soo next week I plan to fly back home, and of course I want to bring my guard equipment so I can practice. Unfortunately nowadays airport security considers pretty much anything and everything a possible weapon. Either from past experience, or just your knowledge, do you think that I'll have any issues flying with my equipment or should I leave it?

When I travel with my guard, we put flag poles in skiboard bags and rifles and sabres in "hard-sided" gold club bags. If you put it under the plane in a box or in a bag....they usually don't have a problem.

Put it in some type of bag and check the bag. It's really not that complicated or problematic. Just don't try to bring guard equipment on the plane.
