heyboiay
Something very strange I have noticed over the years is that shows I have watched over the summer and not liked at all, I will listen to them again, and the more I hear the show the more I like it... The reverse happens on shows I like a lot on the first viewing, then the more I listen to it later the more it becomes meh... Does this happen to anyone else? wackywords
i often feel the same way. music ALWAYS trumps visual in my opinion. some of my favorite shows are because of the music, and not the show itself.

I suspect your expectations on the shows you didn't like in real time were quite low, so anything beyond barely tolerable when you listen to them later is going to seem by comparison a pleasant surprise. Conversely, the shows you loved in real time can't live up to the expectations when you listen to them post-season; your expectations for enjoying them are so much higher. Also, perhaps, the familiarity with the shows you loved gets stale after awhile. I suspect that if you put those shows away for quite some time, when you came back to them, they would seem fresh and invigorating once again. If I could make any change to the way things are scored, it would be how heavily music is scaled to the total score. Visual is important, but without it, you have a ton of people in costumes running around the field!
