Yes.. and DCI has always counted the " late arrivals " the same way they count those that were there when the gates opened too. ( as DCI should ). A " viewer " is a viewer, period.. We count them. DCI counts them. No matter the format, no matter their levels of interest, no matter when they arrived, no matter when they stopped their " viewing ", no matter when they left, etc. Its pretty straight forward. We can even break down " viewers " into subsets of live" paid attendance" from" approximate attendance", ad every other subcategory within the " viewer population " if we wanted too, of course.
