SCV personifies a level of cool, complex sophistication unlike any other corps, IMO. If all these staff changes help them climb competitively, well.... great. But, please, please, please do not change the current Vanguard style. I'll run screaming from the stadium at the first sign of pandering or gimmickry.... I agree, no pandering or gimmickry for SCV. But Jeff is the kind of guy who needs the entire Vanguard Organization to be clicking on all cylinders in order to make effective change as he is a kinder and gentler sort than Mr. Royer was. Huh. I don't suppose you've ever seen Jeff run a visual rehearsal.. Kinder and gentler are not two words that come to mind.
