DCI take proper care to preserve the video performances of all the top 12 Corps from their 1st two DCI Championships. Unfortunately, as a consequence, that important beginnings of DCI are now lost forever to history. For context, fast forward 40 years to ( for example ) 2050 and there is no known preservation and availability of all of the DCI Finals performances for Finalist Corps from the years 2010, 2011, as they were not properly cared for in these years by DCI.
