## Kiltie Update ##

Recommended Posts

The Kilties have completed the first three pieces of the 2012 show, "Trick and Treat", and will put the final number of the production on the field at the corps' upcoming annual Memorial Day weekend camp.

The Kilties will make their annual first full uniformed appearance of the 2012 season in the Racine Memorial Day parade.

The corps has one baritone position open at this exact moment in time. One keyboard position can be created for the right person.

The entire 2012 production is on the field!

Good stuff!

Some areas already polished quite well (for this time of the season) and some areas minor train-wreck city ("minor" means no one hurt or killed  ), but that is the nature of the beast.......the cleaning begins with the next Kiltie Kamp on June 9-10.

The corps completed this past weekend's annual Memorial Day weekend camp with our first full "uniformed" performance of the 2012 season in the Racine Memorial Day parade yesterday. The consensus of the fans, alumni and staff was the corps looked and sounded as one of the sharpest it has ever been in this annual first uniformed performance. Everyone is having a great time, working and being highly dedicated and productive.

As a sidenote..........the corps' Saturday evening first (of the season) Kiltie Kampfire was fantastic, as usual. Big thanks to the Fazzari Family for annually hosting a couple of these every season...it's fun and good stuff.
